MATLAB File Parsing: Text Replacement

This should be done for both the parameterValueArraySize = 5 and parameterValueArraySize = 10 versions as per the m file. The m file does this by reading from the other AFL files in the zip ([login to view URL], and [login to view URL]) However, some of the ToOpt == items are NOT being replaced (as shown in the _5, _10 example AFLs included in the zip), please fix this so ALL are being replaced as per the Params setting formulas in the m file.
