MetaTrader 4 Expert Advisor (EA)

I need a Metatrader 4 Expert Advisor (EA) programmed. The EA will using price data such as highs and lows in addition to the indicators ATR and SMA in its strategy. I have complete strategy details in PDF. The EA needs to be compatible with all MT4 accounts (4 or 5 digit, ECN or Non-ECN). In addition to basic inputs, the EA will need to have an input for Max Slippage, Max Spread, and No trading times. The EA will also be displaying some simple objects on the chart such as arrows and lines. I will give complete details upon request by PM. After receiving the details feel free to modify your bid if needed. The EA needs to be completed on time. So please do not bid 3 days and have it take a week. I also need the EA to be error free in back testing and also live trading. If there are any bugs at all in the EA then they will need to be fixed for free and in a timely manner.
