Prototype web application optimized for mobile users

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a web application optimized for mobile users for a prototype users. Again this project is more a prototype than a real project so please keep some functionalities simple. The most important thing is that it looks fancy. We want to use the project to see how it works in reality. Once we have tested it and the project works well we will invite you another time to finalize the project in future. Any bids that will come without a portfolio (mobile websites or apps) will be deleted immediately. For further information about the information read the attachments. DEADLINE: Two weeks after selection -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some questions which were asked by other developers (we have contacted more companies thus far): - Is it just a mobile website or also a desktop website? Or do we have to create a responsive template? Just a mobile template for this project as this is a prototype, in future we will add more to it. - Do we have to apply this database structure, or could we use a different one? Its not necessary to use the same database structure, but I believe I had covered all the necessary tables for this project and future upgrades. What is missing in the database structure? - Can you explain the workflow of the slides (15-17) So you're logged in an user and you want to get a certain service at Xtreme. Once you get there you see the current situation there, so how many people are waiting in line (red), who is currently being helped (yellow) and how many minutes do you need to wait for a service if you click on "Get in line" (30,45,15). The other red bullets are all the spots that are currently filled in the shop. So its just the total of Johns visitors (2), Peters visitors (3) and Eriks visitors (1). When you click on 'Get in line', you have the option to select which employee of the provider you want to handle your service (John, Peter or Erik). When you click on 'Reserve timeslot', you can specify what TIME you want to be there. The difference between this and 'Get in line' is that 'Get in line' means as soon as possible while with the second option you can say for example 'put me automatically in line at 16:00'. - What will happen with the 'banned' users? They will not be able to 'Get in line' or reserve a timeslot with the provider that banned them. - How does the system or the provider know the length of the specific work? Imagine that you want to repair the tires of your RC Car, usually thats something that takes 15 minutes max. However, if you want to repair the motor of your RC Car it could take 30 minutes, thats why a provider can add the average amount of service time per service. - How do we know the location of the provider (GPS, or he/she can set it themselves)? Well, I think a GPS locator is quite easy to implement for mobile phones. - Do you need a 'super admin' account to manage providers? No - The providers will insert employees to the system? How can the employeer (or provider) insert free time to the system? Every day the same working time for the same employee? First of all you have the standard working time for the provider. Other than that, you as a provider can specify whether Peter, Erik or John works on Monday, Tuesday etc as not every employee works fulltime. Employees have no login information or any authorization, their details will be added and managed by their bosses (providers). - Do you have SMS gateway service what we have to integrate? For the prototype you can just use a random code generator without a working service. The SMS service will be added once the prototype is launched and test. - What does mean KVK code in the registration? (slide 7) KVK is just an ID which is required by law in the Netherlands for companies (providers).
