Hello, I need someone who can integrate GPS tracking into an Android Application. Users would open our application, at which point coordinates would be periodically (every 30 seconds or so) be captured and stored into a MySQL database. A desktop application / web portal would then display in real-time the current location of each user. The goal is to track personnel in a city in real-time, as well as maintain a history of their movements. I am looking for both a mobile app and the web portal (mainly to test the mobile app functionality) Please include some examples of past work, especially any relevant GPS work.

I have done several android applications that take in GPS tracking. I see you are asking for updating the application every 30 secs or so for real-time innercity tracking. I am going to guess that you want the most exact tracking possible which inside a city with tall buildings can be difficult to get the fine measurements, but this can be worked around.
