I need a simple app for android creating that basically adds one or two options and functionality to a website that is fully optimised for mobiles and tablets and which would sit well within an app. The website is a car rental booking engine and all I would need is a select language option on opening (choice of 5 languages), and then dependent on that choice one of 5 language specific websites is loaded. In addition I want two static bars top and bottom - the top one would simply carry a logo and an options/information menu, that menu would have 4 options, 3 of which just open up some static information and the 4th just the option to exit. The bottom bar would have a link to install an existing app already listed on Google play. More detailed information will obviously be provide to the winning bidder.

Hi, I can build this for you in a couple of hours. The only thing I would need are the details for the static screens, the URLs to the websites with regards to the selected languages and the link for the Google Play application. One thing I'd like to mention is that providing an app exit button conflicts with the platform guidelines. You might notice that not a single app bundled with Android provides an exit button.
