I am looking for a skilled Android application developer with good knowledge of the SIP protocol and good knowledge of video trough RTSP. It will help if you have some knowledge about audio and video compression. What we want you to develop is a video door client or video intercom client that runs on the Android operating system. To give you a better understanding about the project please read the enclosed document named “03 Domophone -function specification v 04012011” carefully. If you’re interested in putting down a bid for the project then please read the enclosed documents “01 Non Disclosure Agreement” and “02 Professional Services Agreement With Programmer – Final”. Just to be clear, the timeline as well as the amount of money mentioned within the contract is not negotiable. If you want to have more money a fair bonus structure (as defined in the contract) can make you earn something extra.
