Add pictures to iPhone Quiz App .

We have a Questions and answers app that requires modification. Changes Required: When a user is asked a question, Not all but SOME questions will require to display a picture above the written question as per the screen shots attached. Our question are stored in a .csv file and we use sql within the app to provide the db functionality. We require a solution where by the app checks if a pictures is required by the question and displays above the question if required.. We want to add an entry into the csv file which links to the picture file name in the resource folder and displays. We are looking for a reliable coder with lots of future work if you are capable and cost effective.
