iOS developer needed: - repost

Need an iOS developer to work in a team environment producing an application for use in the Transportation and Delivery industries. Understanding of Apple’s and Google’s map offerings and SDK’s required. Must be able to communicate well and understand English. Will be working with one other developer to integrate with several web services and consume JSON data from those services, as well as send JSON data back to the services. Need to have a good understanding of iOS design and middleware applications. Need to be comfortable working with Subversion, and need to be comfortable working in an environment where your code will be checked regularly for quality and maintainability by developers who expect a high level of quality. Tasks that you will be responsible for: • Calling web services on two separate URLS for two separate functional pieces (Authentication/Authorization and GIS/tracking/ratings). Allow new users to register for an account (create a form to allow this in iOS) and then be able to pass certain user information back and forth between data calls so we know who is calling what services and allow/disallow based on users role (role based security). • Display data returned from those services on a Mapview, and wire up the proper events to handle clicks on map markers. Display details regarding user and clicked targets (using lightweight Objective-C classes where appropriate) and making sure to have good MVC based separation of duties in your code (no giant spaghetti classes). • Create Table View of data elements and provide detail records and modal forms when click on row(s) in the table view. Provide data entry and capture of data to device (serialization or plist) as well as web service call for storage of user data where appropriate. • Handle push events from server, particularly in regards to map markers having updated locations, and displaying those markers at their new location relative to the current users location. Details will be provided to the successful bidder, and appropriate communications channels will be set up (Skype/Google talk/etc.). Need this phase of the project completed by the 31st of this month.
