Iphone view for website

We need a very simple app for the iPhone version 4S. All this app does is display a single view when launched. We need this view to display on an iPhone for an image to be created for our home page. See attached. If we are able to get along you will also implement the entire app. Both mockups are attached. But this project is only for the simple View. When completed you must send us source code. We will take care of installing the app. This app is not for distribution to the public. It will be used exclusively to take a photograph of the phone displaying the view you will create.
