iPhone App Developer needed

Hello, I am looking for an iPhone app developer that can help me complete a project I have been working on for a while now. The app I would like to create is very simple and has very limited functionality so I expect the programming to be fairly simple. I would guess around 10-20 hours to finish. The app will need to do the following: Overlay an image during the iphone's video function, record/save video, overlay an image onto another image, save images, open previously saved images, and use the iphone's video playback function. I have all of the images I would like to use already created but I am sure I am missing something so I would like to set up a consultation phone call with the project winner before I send over all of the files. After the phone call I will change anything I need to and send over the files. I would guess a 1 hour consultation phone call, followed by a day of changes on my end, and approx. 2 days to program the app. I have the app user experience map already created so like I said above the project is very simple.
