Memorial geo location app

We need someone to code a geo-location based social networking app. We'd like to develop it both for IPhones and for Androids. You must be able to show experience of developing similar geo-location apps and be available to discuss further on skype. Ver1 in English only. This is a very basic outline of what we are looking for more detail can be furnished. 1. The keyuser identifies the required gps location and creates, on the app, a location profile attached to that gps location and consisting of images, text and video links within a template format. 2. The keyuser can share the location and profile with there social network and invite them to become part of the community for this location 3. The community shares a common interest in the identified location and can contribute images text and video links onto the profile with the keyuser approval. 4. Keyuser sets up notifications for the community or important events. Community contributions are pinged to the rest of the community inviting further comment and contributions. 5. Anyone with the app can search by name to access the profile and by gps map to navigate to the actual location. GPS markers will carry an image of the location and small text uploaded at the profile stage by the keyuser. 6. The keyuser can set up the basic service free of charge but receives limited functionality a paid upgrade allows fuller functionality. We have the basic design themes already completed Thanks
