Write mobile Game

I need someone to create both an iOS and android version of a game. This includes designing the artwork (retro 8-bit style) as well as program the game dynamics. The game will be released as a free download with ads, so something like google's mobile advertising will need to be included. The game itself is pretty simple: There is a platform in the centre of the mobile screen, which tilts side to side. As it tilts the user's sprite gets pulled that way by gravity. The user has to tap either the left side of the screen or the right side of the screen to make their sprite move. The idea of the game is for user to run in between gaps (like a slalom in skiing) while managing the dynamics of the tilt of the platform. The aim is to get as far as possible (to be tallied as a number of metres run) without hitting one of the obstacles. Once the user dies, there score is shown and if they beat their highest score they will be congratulated with a medal being shown on screen. Users must be able to share their scores on facebook. That's basically it.
