I am seeking to develop and iPad and Droid tablet queue management application. The application will enable clients to set up and manage multiple queues or waiting lines, that will record show how many customers are i line, the average wait time and through my SMS API the ability to message customers to notify the it's there turn in line.
## Deliverables
The queue management application uses 2 way SMS messaging to notify quest when it's there turn. The customers can reply commands back from thier phones to move in the queue. For example, a customer will recieve an intial text when entered into the a queue stating "You have been entered in the Registration queue, you are 15 in the queue. Reply L to leave queue, T for more T (this will move them back four place or the last position in the queue on the UI) or S for status in the queue. They would get a reply saying "You are in 4 in the Registeration queue".
I need a business admin section where the business can set up and manage thier queues easily along with messages fields for canned text messages. This would include the ability to control messaging, i.e. such as turn off the 2 way reply feature. Each new business ID set up would promolgate a URL that would show a URL to point at a monitor as a digital display of the queue.
