I need someone to develop the game in my head

I am looking for someone who can build 2.5D type of the game on mobile platforms. Combination of Street Food Tycoon/Snow fight Game and simplified Food Street in reality of British Pub. All scenarios would be based on 15 years of my experience in the pub industry. The aim of the game is to grow the business through prioritizing the gamer moves/screen taps from serving the customers to keeping the Pub clean and general upgrades, equipment failures, fighting against the waves of customers depended on weather, time of the day, events, in game product pricing, and quality of their experience. In app purchasing is considered to improve the gamer experience.
As a manager of the pub I have a vast experience and I have seen it all in real, now I need to digitalize it making my job role a gamer’s entertainment
