Budget 20$,need to start now and demo,once code is tested and standards are good,will release payment. You should have atleast 3-5 years of experience in Arduino ,Android,BLE. 1) Send string(#0011#) from android to arduino via HC05 BLE. 2)Send string(#0011#) from arduino to Android via HC05 BLE. 3)Data should not miss while sending and receiving from Android to Arduino and from Arduino to Android,u have to make sure baud rates are same in both Android and [login to view URL] to fix without missing any data while sending and receiving. This is 1-2 hr job for expertise. This is 3 lines of code ,please bid only if you have Arduino,Android mobile,HC-05 BLE module. Have more tasks after this task is completed.
