My bid is for one draft of a provisional patent application based on the details you provide include any text and drawings (up to 15 pages.) If there is more content, we can discuss any additional time involved with the costs before any work is started as it is hard for me to gauge the time and cost involved without knowing more about your invention and your plans. Official filing fees and any other fees due to the USPTO would be extra and paid directly to the Patent Office. The provisional patent application can be filed within a few weeks and will give you patent pending status immediately upon filing. That filing will give you priority in the US and elsewhere if you want to file internationally but any further filings including the US non provisional patent application must be filed within one year of the first application that is filed in the US.
