IPhone, Droid, & Blackberry App For Daily Deal Site

We have a Groupon-Type daily deal site in the U.S. and are looking to have an iPhone and Android App created. We would also like to create a BlackBerry app, as well. This app needs to allow for each user to get an alert on their phone each day with our daily deal allow them to sign-in to their account (and remember them for quick access and sign in the next time they visit), purchase the deal, as well as view previously purchased coupons, etc... We would also like to have the rest of the features that both the Groupon Application and Living Social Applications have, too... We would like to award this project as quickly as possible, and have this application working as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from now. We will award a 15% Milestone Payment upon awarding the job, another 20% upon seeing the beginning framework, 25% upon seeing the graphics, 30% for seeing the finished project ready to use, and the final 10% upon acceptance of our app to the iPhone App Store and/or the Android app list that is available to be searched from your Droid. We will also award a bonus of 10% of the entire bid if this can be delivered in working order, and available on the iPhone App Store and Droid app list by 2/15/2011.
