iPhone/iPAD App Development Projects

I am looking for a mobile app developer that can deliver an app quickly I need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create feature rich, nice looking, mobile apps I have three different projects on my roadmap. App 1 - Essentially a sports timer with multiple timers running simultaneously. Pretty basic app App 2 - Personal Budget app with a twist App 3 - Internet radio & personal music app I plan on developing App 1 first (as it is the easiest - IMO) followed by App 2 and then App 3. I should state the roadmap is subject to change and my own personal budget. I have time pressure to get the first app done quickly .
