RSS Database modifications with creation of new Android App

We are looking for a freelancer who can work on our existing database. You need to be proficient in RSS feeds, database programming, and mobile app design. We have an existing database that was made to produce RSS feeds that we can pair with mobile apps to create automated messages. The database was designed to hold 10 different RSS feeds. We would like to make modifications to it to add additional tables for data input. The tables include: Categories - admin should be able to create categories and then assign each individual post to a specific category Add table for Quote (text entry) Add table for Intention (text entry) Modify table for description to be able to embed iframe or YouTube video. Added functionality for database: We would like an alternate image upload function that will serve as a custom background for a specific post display. This is a small project with the potential for ongoing work as we expand and create more apps. Links to view existing interface will be given in private chat message. The app creation will require the following: Build Android app with push notifications and share buttons design functionality will consist of a home page with 2 main menu options and a share button. There will be three different internal page types - Photoshop designs will be provided The data for the app will be provided via RSS feed from the database that is being modified.
