I want , if LAN cable having speed 100 Mbps so the project divide the that speed into three level like L1,L2,L3 and each level get the bandwidth or speed according the input like L1. Get 10Mbps ,L2 get 20 Mbps and L3 get rest of speed I.e 70 Mbps and then each level get equally bandwidth or speed to that level of user If any question more u want ask u can ask me regarding project
