COAP Protocol implementation over QUICK

i need implement Coap over QUIC ON NS3 OR NS2 for IOT communication and compare the results when we use only COAP for iot devices communication and coap over QUICK the how much improvement in results. following results need to show in coap over quic. UDP suffers from worse packet loss than TCP.
