243990 Client Based Software Creation

I would like the customer to be able to go onto our website, and purchase the child security software, which they can download straight from our website. The software will then appear on there desktop and start menu. They then double click on the software icon, and a window opens up, which looks like the firefox window, but you have a different set of buttons, and a side bar menu. The customer is then able to type the addresses of websites they will allow there children to see in the side menu. The child is then allowed to look around the websites that there parents have allowed, BUT if the child tries to visit a website address that there parents have not listed in the side menu, then the screen freezes, and it cannot be minimized or anything. (The child will also not be allowed to minimize or close the window whilst using the software, only the parents can do that) The only way to close, unlock, or minimize the window is by entering a username and password that only the parents know. Also, I want the software to keep a full list of the history, so all videos, web pages, and pictures that the child looks at are shown in the history menu, and all things that the child has viewed that are not harmful or adult are highlighted in green, but anything that has been picked up as being harmful or adult is highlighted in red so the parents can go back and view it. Also, if a child logs onto a chat room or a forum which has a chat window, the history will keep a record of any suspicious words like 'bomb', 'knife', 'weapon', 'sex' etc I am currently having the designs for my network of websites done, and I would the software to look like the web designs.
