JPG to Video File (AVI, MP4, etc..,)

This is a repost of a project posted earlier this week because I did not do a good enough job clarifying what I need.

I need a program than can convert a JPG image to a high quality VIDEO FILE (avi / mp4 / etc...) This program needs to be able to take a high quality panoramic image and create a video out of the image as if a camera were panning across the image. An added effect to make it appear as if the camera is spinning instead of just panning from side to side would be preferred.

The panoramic images are actually complete 360 degree photographs taken for my business doing virtual tours for Real Estate. Being able to connect the ends of the image and making it feel like the camera is spinning is what I am looking to do.

This is very basically a virtual tour. However, my current software does not export to video. Please take a moment to view 1 or more of my virtual tours at www . TallyTours . com to see exactly what I am looking for. I need to be able to reproduce the spinning scenes as a VIDEO FILE.

I'm unsure what video file type I'll need, but having the option for more than one file type is helpful. The program can either do a simple export of just 1 panoramic to 1 video file, or it can take several panoramic images and create a full video virtual tour (preferred).

If you can create a program that can turn several jpgs panoramas into a full video virtual tour, then I would also like to be able to add an audio track (looping if possible) and be able to start each panoramic scene at a specific location on the image.

See attached panoramic image (lower quality than what I normally would want to use) to get an idea of the jpg images I'll need to reproduce to video.
