CD Label/Top Design - Embroidery Domain

I want to Get a CD Label/Top Designed that I can use to Market my embroidery Design. The design should be such that I can ADD/Delete text with loosing the overal appeal of the design. The addition/deletion of the text would be bear minmum and mainly be restricted to the title of the CD. I will provide the images of my embroidery designs to the winning bidder which he can use in the designs of the CD. I have a few samples of such CD from my competitors that I can provide to the winning bidder to. I should be able to print CD design on top of a physical disk itself by using my inkject printer or give it to someone to Screen Print on the CD itself. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The winning bidder can use nero to design the cd top or any other software he wishes but i should be able to modify the text. I do not intend to modify the graphics or lay of the design once a layout has been approved
