I have over 10 years of experience working as a senior administrative assistant in which part of my responsibilities was to assist the Executive Director of a small nonprofit with implementing systems and documents that created uniformity with our two centers and head office.
Part of my responsibilities were to create from scratch new documents such as: employee contracts, complimentary HR documents, employee policy and procedures manual, emergency manual, application forms, newsletters, business letters and PowerPoint presentations.
I have past experience building a variety of MS Excel Spreadsheets mostly for multiple page budgets and invoices and have knowledge of how to code excel cells to pull data from other documents and perform formulas. What I've interpreted from your posting is that you seek a virtual assistant to complete, clean and update/modify your current excel spreadsheet, then upon completion to your satisfaction; you want me to then log into your online SAP account, access specific files that contain your data, enter info provided and create formulas that pull that specific data into excel. If correct I hope you will give me a chance.
