343431 php and css fixes FAST

i urgently need some fixes done on the following website: [login to view URL] the problems are: 1) if you use ie and resize to small and then to big the yellow buttons appear below the grey ones and won't leave once resized back. 2) The logo with the bomb needs to link to a website 3) we need a different layout. now if you click a link an animaiton appears OR an image and in the footer text. But we want it to be so that the text appears OVER the image and AFTER the animation appears, OVER the animation. In the backend in IE the textboxes have css issues, in IE the textboxes are far too small. [login to view URL] and then click item 6 for example. i need these done TODAY. thanks.
