117176 Hack for ShopFactory system

We need someone to find or program a hack to shopfactory (e-commerce) latest version so the program doesn't use the default 'globalcharge' ordermodule. We will have a legal version of the original software and need this hack as we do not want our order to be processed by an external server. How it works : Shopusers select their products and go to checkout. Then the order is sent to globalcharge and - we think - they send an confirmation email to the shopuser and shopowner (this must be checked whether it works this way). When it works this way then the email sending must be done by a php file on our server. Otherwise when the local shopfactory application on our server does the mailing nothing has to change, just not contacting the globalcharge server with the orderinformation. Notice this is legal as we have original software and just do not want to 'share' order information with some third-party. We do not need any paymentoptions from globalcharge.
