We need a few mods building for our cubecart store they are as follows Shipping mod in admin section This will work when an order is completed we can select the postal service used and enter the tracking number this is then email to the customer and stored in the order for future refrence. Order Tracking Tool. We need an order tracking tool adding to our webstore were customer can enter there details and find the status of there order. Once the item has been shipped they can see who with and the track number with the option to track it on the postal service website. Buy Now Buttons We need buy now buttons and more info buttons adding to the products which are displayed on our home page so that a customer can buy the product or view more info. Help Desk We need an helpdesk system adding to our website so customer can view our terms and help docs. Admin Help In the admin section when we edit a product page let say number 10 when you go in to a product edit it and click save it takes you back to page one we need this fixing so that when you click save you stay on page 10. Customer account section improvments We need a help section in the account section to help customers understand what status there order means. We also need a mod adding to the site to show the customer an estimated time for dispatch and esmited time for delivery like amazon offer in there order section.
