clone of nextdaypets.com

i need an exact clone of nextdaypets.com. with a comprehensive backend & reporting. some feature from nextday pets wont be there, but then there would be someother extras as well. I need quotation for: 1. Total development (Backend & front end) 2. Only backend ( If i will provide the designs as html files for each & every section - all the interfaces) I will find a suitable host & give access to test & upload. The project can be developed in either windows or unix , with my sql or sql server , with asp / asp.net or php as well.
