Custom dotnetnuke project

I want to start building an online cost analysis tool. This tool will be built using asp.net with a SQL backend. I have some ASP.Net experience but learning quickly. I want to start with DotNetNuke 3 since most of the user management etc functionality is already there. I only need help with some initial customization of DNN. Here's a starting point that I want to reach soon. I want the system to allow for the following: 1. Admin only option - register a new company to use this application. I want to store cost data for each company in a separate database. A separate SQL database should be created for each new company to hold cost data for that company (new db creation could be done manually but automatically would be nice). Say, each company database contains just one table containing two fields - product name and cost (to keep things simple). The structure of all company databases will be identical. 2. Admin only option - register a user for a company. I don't want user registration open to public. 3. When a user logs in, the system should take the user to a page that shows two links - add record, view records. Add record should allow for data entry (new product name and cost) from a simple web form. View records should display the records in his company's data table. So upon login, the system would have to determine what company the user belongs to and then work on the table in that company's database to add and display records. This is my personal project (that hopefully will turn into a business someday). I need help getting started and getting the basic application setup going. I will need a modified copy of DNN as deliverable that I can setup and run on my computer with basic functionality as mentioned in 1-3 above. Please let me know how you can help me get to this starting point and how much will it cost me? Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2003.
