Customer management and File manager software

Software language programming Php maybe or better Web based and hosted easily on our own servers, open source idea also accepted. ? Summary This web based customer management will be to manage all our clients, profiles and files used for these clients. The clients will have a docit number that will be there reference number. The nature of our business is managing clients promotional needs, such as graphic artwork and all the documents related to that client. ? ## Deliverables _Login and users_ There is first a Login screen (usernames can be made by permissions) -Administrator user rights (full permission, creating folder names in client profile) -Sales Person (access to all customer information but cannot create other users or folders, but can dump files) -Accounting (access to the invoicing and accounting folder, to calculate total sales of customers) Staff members can have their own personalized login with 1 of those 3 rights _Customers_ They are identified as a docit number, they are given a purchase number and an invoice number Their profile is consisting also of their Company name, contact name, address, Telephone, Email A sales person must be able to create a project. So there would be a create a project form and its an interface **The first table** with the following fields and headings Item , Quantity, Description, Size(open) and size, also Date ordered, Date required, name of Graphic designer, Clients purchase order, and Quoted price. (the first field Item has row A-G and no input necessary the others are all blank inputs for entry) The second table has 3 headings in the row, called Paper, Suppler and price, under paper there is row A-G with place beside for input entry The 3 table in the project entry page has the header inks with 4 rows and the second column and header is Specail instructions with 4 rows The final table below all this is final approval date, 1 line for entry Payment via, 1 line for entry Shipping waybill # 1 line for entry and additional info and 1 line for entry In the client profile we need dump all our work files that might have been .psd excel or word files and there will be folders called work project and accounting which will hold all the accounting files, Can we also make an email folder where we could dump all our emails we received through outlook. So there is a little file manager in each client A client also needs to have a status, Pending, open or closed _ _ _Reports_ Reports will be by filter of any information in a customer profile, such as telephone number, docit number, address, city etc.. I also need listings of clients, total clients, there total sales (just calculates the total of the field we have already inputed manually) , this data will have been entered on each sale made. We need to be able to get a report of any client pending, open or closed… This is pretty much phase 1
