Key Responsibilities: ·Initiate and Coordinate Repairs:Proactively make phone calls to locate and schedule experienced tradespeople or handymen to address broken or malfunctioning equipment and fixtures in retail shops nationwide. ●Effective Communication: Maintain fluent and professional spoken English while liaising with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
