Misc ASP.NET work

I have some miscellaneous ASP.NET tasks to fix up a website. As I'm not sure how long they will take, I am putting this project at $100, but will entertain an hourly rate. Coder must be available immediately and will stick with the project until its complete. I have about 7 tuneups on my task list. I want to deal with one senior experienced programmer. No shops please. All canned ads will be ignored. Please let me know your rate, availability, and expertise level. My site is in ASP.NET and using SQL 7. The first task is to examine an ASP.NET site which has slowed down considerably: a) all clicks (expecially ones that invoke the SQL) is slow) b) since all clicks are slow, it might be that the [login to view URL] is damaged **OR** perhaps each click command is trying to **log on** to the DB each and every time c) could also be that each command is doing some kind of process each and every time (i.e. IP check). Thanks to all who take the time to bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
