MySpace plus addons

My project is a web community for music producers, DJs, Artist, dancers, models etc. This site will allow members to sell their downloadable media such as mp3s, video, and pictures while at the same time giving them an online community just like my space. The following is what I need to be added to the MySpace: 1. The cabability to allow members to upload music, video, & images to their profile. I need to be able to give them an alloted amount of space on the server (100 MB to start with) 2. I need a Media Player for each members profile page that will list their uploaded media. Player should also show images for each song playing. 3. I need to give them the capability to sell their downloadable media right from the player. 4. Each member who is selling media will have a buy link on their player which will take the buyer to that member's paypal account page for purchase. I will be charging members who are selling media a monthly fee for this. I need everything to look professional. I also can't wait a long time for developement. If you are not sure you can do the job please don't bid. I will constantly be adding more mods in the future so I am looking for a long lasting relationship. I am also open for any other suggestions on how to go about doing this.
