Need a PHP/Joomla/ASP Coder

I have am information marketing website. I work with a Webmaster too. However my Webmaster works on other projects which slows me down. I need someone to help change some things in .asp/.php/ and joomla quickly due to deadlines from other people working with me. These tasks are generally straight forward. Examples. Create a squeeze page and I provide the content Change existing sales page and I provide content Working inside shopping cart systems to create code that works with our website and products. We use 1ShoppingCart and Amember Change buttons, links, text, adding, removing etc on pages Create new webpages The person who works with me should have a great understanding of programming and coding in general. They should be able to customize code if needed or provide alternative solutions to get task completed. The main concern is to have tasks completed correctly and ON TIME. The person should be able to communicate clearly in English using Skype or Yahoo IM. We need someone to get started asap. Thank you.
