PAYMENT FORM - ASAP

[login to view URL] I will be accepting payments an extra feature on my site. Please understand before bidding that this is NOT a membership site. They will NOT be paying through a system that will need to authenticate payment. It will work like this... I will send out an email that explains what we are doing. If interested, there will be a link at the bottom. This link will take them to a page on my site for them to enter payment information. ALL THIS REQUIRES IS A SIMPLE FORM THAT SUBMITS INFORMATION TO MY EMAIL AND I WILL ENTER THEIR INFORMATION INTO SOFTWARE ON MY COMPUTER AND THEY WILL BE CHARGED. This should not cost much AT ALL. Very easy to make a simple form. (Not for me) I would like this done quickly. Thank you
