Secure Encryption Scheme For Web Site

Hello Bidders!

This project is using ASP.NET. You can complete the project using either C# or VB.NET(preferred). Components are not allowed, and this will have to be done within a page.

I need an encryption scheme for a web site which will be storing credit card numbers and other consumer information. I will need the coder to work with my hosting company, if necessary, to complete the project.

The Project Items Are As Follows:

1) Develop an assymetric encryption scheme that will allow the web site to securely encrypt credit card numbers and other information.

2) Provide the programming necessary to encrypt/decrypt data. I can accept this code as a pair of functions that accept a string parameter and return an encrypted or decrypted string.

3)I understand that it will be necessary to store the encryption key(s) somewhere on the server. This cannot be placed in a web-accessable file ([url removed, login to view], or any includes). This needs to be stored somewhere secure. I don't know how to do this, and this is the main thing that is stopping me from doing this myself.

4)You will need to show me how this works after you upload it to the server, and work with my host to configure it correctly.

NOTES:

1)This is an adult site. If you have an issue with that, please don't bid.

2)Only US bidders need apply.

3)This has to be super-secure. I don't like the idea of storing consumer information, encrypted or not. I will be scrutinizing every line of code that is produced from this project to make sure it is top-quality.

4)Bidders with examples and/or references will be given preference.

5)This project needs to be complete and delivered by 9/30/03.

6)This really isn't that big of a project. I know this. However, I am willing to pay well for a good job done. A bonus will be given for extra effort and concern.

7)If you are a security expert, and will be able to provide additional advice and/or suggestions, you will be almost guaranteed to be the winning bidder.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
