Our company is using sharepoint portal server to manage many different contents.
At this point we would like to have developed a sharepoint webpart to manage incidents. Two main tables in a database have to be defined: incident and followup.
HTML email notifications are also required. An html template will be provided with a few tokens to be replaced (incident id, name, description, contact, etc.)
Users will be able to create incidents and see their current list of open incidents. Also a history of all the open and closed incidents have to be available. Administrators have to be able to see the whole list of incidents and the list of incidents per user. Both users and administrators can add followups and close incidents.
When a new incident or new followup is generated, both user and administrators receive an HTML email notification.
More detailed information will be provided later.
Bids without a brief description of the proposal will be silently discarded.
