We are needding sms server to do as so; 1 - Our pc must be connected to internet 2 - our pc must be have gsm modem or handset connect 3 - our pc can receive and forward sms to sms world wide or to email 4 - our pc can receive email from internet and forward to handset 5 - we must use clickatell gateway or any to sent our sms to destination handset or we can use modem to do it. 6 - sending method can be smpp, http, smtp, pop. 7 - application can generate PIn to enable user to create an account. 8 - user can buy PIN and send to system by sms to create or charge his account. 9 - application can also enable chat, dating, sms on demand service 10- PIN can allow a limited offers to users (to send number of sms or email, to chat for dating or any use) 11- possiblity to forward mail from any mail service such as Yahoo, Hotmail,... 12- Quiz service can be activated 13- Betting service also such as on england soccer ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
