Web app to upload and display user photos.

I am looking for a? web application to run on a Windows 2005 server under IIS 6.? This project will be the basis of a bigger project and so development in VB.NET from within Visual Studio is essential. I require a web based facility for a college whereby potential students can submit information prior to enrolling at the college.? The information will be a chosen photograph for use on their ID card once they enrol.? Users will need to login to the web application using basic details checked against an XML file and information collected will be stored also in XML.? The photo upload facility will require submission of an email address so acceptance or rejection of the photo by a college administrator can be communicated.? A preview of the photo will be shown on screen for confirmation. An administration page, to be accessed only by college admin staff, will list all submitted photographs, IDs and email addresses and allow each to be accepted or declined.? This admin task will send an email to each applicant to inform them.? All photos collected will be used in the actual enrolment process to produce the students ID card. Sketches, the text, some artwork and example XML files will be provided for the start of the software development. ## Deliverables **Logging in** To authenticate with the web app, users must correctly supply the following fields of information:- -? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
