WINDOWS SERVICE/XML

I need a simple VB.NET Windows service that will get the SDN XML list from here: <[login to view URL]> and store it in a MySQL table. Data should be deleted from the table each time this servoce runs and the new data should be added. The fields would be the same fields in the XML Document. I need this as soon as possible. I think I need a service that will run in the background. I am open to suggestions. This application should write errors to the system log. I would like an XML file that we could use for configuration. We would need a setting "DownloadInterval" We could place the number of days that we want between downloads. i.e. 2 would mean download the file every two days. I would also like a .aspx page that would search this data based on user entry. There should be one text box and a search button. This would then hit the database table and look for instances of what was searched and display it in a pageable datagrid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
