PBX Call Controller Page

Hello, This project is for a simple php page that will utilize our Elastix PBX so we can command the server to generate 3 way calls. The system should work just like Ringcentrals Web based Ringout controller which prompts the agent when they answer to press 1 to connect to the customer. The controller should have input 2 input fields, one which is the customers Destination number and the other which is a dropbox with predefined agents destination numbers, The outbound caller ID settings should manageable from the script or from mysql. [Part 1] In addition to this call controller we wanted to be able to add a quick-call button to our sales panel of our invoices. We presently run osCommerce and each order has the customers phone number in the invoice. We wanted to add a button on the side of that number that would get the number from that order and then initiate an immediate 3 way call using the context described above with an agent drop box.
