On-Line Website Control-CMS App

We are looking to create a module based website that will work as an online application and broken out into modules. We have listed the modules below and should be able to run individually of each other. The website should work like a CMS website where we could log into an admin part of the website and have full control. Here is a list of the modules: 1. **_Template Based Website Deployment_** The ability to launch template based websites and have the ability to change text, pictures, and features from an admin control. There should be 3-5 templates that could be used, and in the admin part there should be full control to have the ability to updates text, pictures, banners, etc within the templates. <!-- --> 1. **_Domain Deployment_** The ability to launch new websites/domains where they will be listed all in once place to view and control. The domains should be listed in a view that show what is activate, the ip address, etc. <!-- --> 1. **_Live Chat_** The ability to add a Live Chat feature to any of the websites hosted and controlled by the Admin part. This will be a simple live chat program that will allow the website viewer the ability to chat with someone about info. <!-- --> 1. **_Click to Call Back_** The ability to have a Call Me Back Button on the website where a Website Visitor can click on and fill out info and someone could call them back. This could be a simple notification to an email address or to the live chat program. <!-- --> 1. **_Email Management_** The ability to track emails that are received and sent through the admin part. It should work as a little email server that you can setup email address for the domains that are listed with the program. <!-- --> 1. **_Help Desk / Ticket Support_** The ability to have a Help Desk solution built into the solution that can be deployed to each of the Domain and Websites.
