We require a developer with demonstrated skill in electronics, schematic design and pcb design to assist us with the design of our hardware project. The developer would need to be familliar with Texas Instruments DSP devices (essentially BGA devices), ADC/DAC (SOIC/TQFP), Flash (NAND) and SRAM as well as other SMD devices. We would like the developer to be prepared to develop the following: 1 X Schematic Diagram of our hardware project 1 X PCB layout of a prototype board allowing us to use sockets for the DSP's and other expensive parts 1 X Final PCB to be designed for manufacture. As part of your deliverables we would require 1) Advise on correct selection of components, ADC, DAC, Flash, SRAM etc 2) Assistance with rudementary electronics queries. We have as much as a block diagram of various part(s) of the project and have taken a best guess at the suitability of certain components. We are however not electronics engineers and thus have not thought of everything (PCB layers, resistors, capacitors etc etc) and will rely solely on the developer to provide the required help and assistance as part of his/her bid. Please express interest by allowing us some insight into the type of projects you have done and what technologies have been used to provide the result. We have recently purchased manufacturing tools for our hardware as the manufacturing will be done in-house. We have reflow ovens, BGA workstations, stencil printers and other equipment to manufacture and test these products. we look forward to working with you!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
