Remote System Administrator Tool to Monitor Usage

I need a program that is able monitor a computer's usage remotley from a local netowrk and on a local machine. It must start up as the machine boots, if possible booting using another method other than via registry. Some machines I use disable registry run and runOnce. The program can in no way interfear with other running programs or services. It must consist of a server and client. MUST be able to connect localy i.e. if its installed on that machine be able to connect on same machine. It should log all user activity, and have custom filters. The log should be active while the user is offline and a option to view the information in realtime while user is online. The log should be in this or a similar format. Able to transfer Log from client to server, or via email. [Window Title] :Message: //It should have special charectors indicating backspaces ect. It should have a file transfer option, that allows one to download or modify whole folders or files. Ability to retrive client information Able to capture video/images from capture decive i.e. webcam. A remote screen capture function. Ability to remotley log off, reboot, or shutdown machine. Server Creation Program, that allows custmizable server for different machines. And to Disable/Enable certain functions/options Password Option, so that only person with password can connect to machine. To help prevent unauthorized access. A notifcation system to notify, when user comes online with information like UserName on machine and IP. Should not be visible to user i.e. taskbar or taskman. Unless the option is set. Must work with Windows 98, 98SE, XP Pro/Sp1, and XP Home/Sp1. I can test on my machines if needed. I can pay around 50 USD maybe more. Price and features negotionable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
