User Management / Timer Program

I need a program that provides for the management of users, and grants them an alloted time on the computer.? It needs to be able to log the user off when the time limit is reached. It also needs the capability to take screen shots at the specified time interval.? It will have to be easy to use, and easy to install. ## Deliverables I need a program for parents to monitor their family's computer usage. It should run on Windows XP home/pro/MCE and also on Windows Vista that does the following: 1. Provides an interface to create, remove, and disable users, and reset passwords. And in the same interface, be able to set the time limits that are explained below. 2. The admin user can set time per day (ie M-F all users get 30 min, Sat and Sun they get 60. or one user gets 15 min. M-F,and another user gets 30 min.) grant bonus time (ie One user gets an extra 60 minutes), and remove time. 3. The admin user should be able to specify if a user can save their time, and for how many days. 4. When each user logs in they are allowed to use the computer for the amount of time they have been granted. At the end of their time, it will automatically log them out. 5. If a user tries to close the program, or end task, the program should log them out. 6. The program should have options to automatically take screen shots, that the admin user can turn on per user, and set the time (ie 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min, etc.) 7. The program should provide an interface for the admin user to view screen shots, and delete them. 8. The user time limits must be in a file that either needs to be writable by the admin only, or in a machine only readable format, to prevent tampering with. 9. It must be easy to use and install and have a good looking user interface. 10. Only the admin user should be able to change the time for the other users. 11. It should provide a way for the admin user to right click on the icon by a clock, type in a password, and grant bonus time without requiring the user to log off. 12. It should work for 45 days as a trial, then must have a email and a key typed in. If an expired trial version is installed, the program should come up with a dialog stating that it is expired and should have a buy now button and a close button. If they hit close it should allow for normal use of the computer. The Key should be generated from their email address, and given to them when they register. In addition I need a version that does not have a trial, and have a unique key that doesn't require an email (to be distributed on CD) 13. I need the algorithms to generate key's, so I can create the purchase site. 14. If an internet connection is available, the program should, when installed, check hit a web site to see if the key is disabled. (I will program the site, you will just have to send the key as get or post data, and the site will give a response.) 15. It should be able to provide reports on when each user logs in and out, and the amount of time they were on the computer. 16. Should be branded with a program name (I am still deciding on the name, open to suggestions) 17. If you can also program a network version in the future, please let me know in your bid, as I may need a network version in the future.
