it should have control panel to see :-
live calls
calls history
agents online
agent history
complete report system for calls , agents , the calls that the agent miss , daily , monthly ..etc
features not important but i wish if it possible .
the solution host on-my server
i could hangup or move calls from agent to another .
the agent login from internet page .
