RE Post Codinighter Template Engine Setup With Database Install Process

Hi. To All Developers I am looking for a experienced Codinighter developer that has experience in creating a template system that has a installation process what that would mean is that the would upload the catalog, systems and install files into there sever and then go to there domain [login to view URL] and the go through 4 stages. on the third stage the would have option to enter there database details if want website to connect to database or click a button to continue with out database connection and default template would still work. you may need to fix a few errors to get it running.
