I need a website created that is based on the [login to view URL] website model. The website will provide an "ebay like" environment for people to buy, sell and trade adult videos online. The website will provide buyers with the ability to search for videos for sale via a keyword search engine and via browsing by category. The keyword search engine should search all fields of each listed video for sale in the database including title and desription fields. The website will provide a registration process for sellers in which the sellers will enter the same information that is required of sellers in [login to view URL]'s registration process. There will be a $5.00 registration fee paid via paypal for sellers during the registration process. There will be a 2.5% transaction fee for each sale processed through the website. The fields required to list a video will be the same fields required by [login to view URL] when sellers list non-adult videos for sale. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
