Designing & Building a Blog Website

Hi, I require a programmer that can design and build a Blog website. In terms of the design of the Blog i do not want something overly complicated but i will require a some custom tabs making for the site and also require a full sign up and logging in process built in so my clients will be able to post comments on news that is posted. If there are any programmers that have pre made templates of blog website then i am more than happy to look at them as long as i can move things around and make it to my specification. I require a programmer that is flexible when it comes to communication because i work during the night and i am asleep during the day. This project is open to all potential coders but please bare in mind that i do not want anyone contacting me with zero feedback. I only want serious people only contacting me who can offer me the service i require with a competitive price. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform My website has to be compatible with Windows and be able to work with all web browsers. Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox the latest version.
